Our Founder

Kossi M. Zotoglo, MPH PA-C

Our Founder Kossi M. Zotoglo (aka Gerald) is a certified surgical Physician Assistant (PA-C) with years of clinical experience. For the last 10 years, he had focused his practice on orthopedic surgery providing inpatient, outpatient and urgent ortho care to our nation's military veterans. His career is defined by a deep commitment to patient care, workforce excellence, multidisciplinary collaboration, and creating pathways for healthcare professionals to thrive. Drawing from his medical training and entrepreneurial spirit, he founded Delfina Health Group to bridge the gap between competent healthcare professionals and the facilities that need them most.

Born and raised in Lome, Togo, West Africa, Gerald’s journey to the United States shaped his belief that opportunity, education, and compassion are the foundation of quality care. This reflects the very values Delfina Health Group stands for – resilience, dedication, and opportunity through service. His experience in orthopedic surgery and longtime presence in the healthcare field give him a deep hands-on understanding of both clinical practice and workforce challenges.

Under his leadership, Delfina Health Group is more than a medical workforce agency – it’s a bridge between compassion and competence. Gerald believes that great healthcare begins with empowering providers, and his global perspective fuels a vision of staffing solutions that blend cultural understanding, professional excellence, and human connection. His mission is to connect exceptional medical talent with healthcare facilities in need. Through Delfina Health Group, he is building a staffing organization grounded in integrity, cultural awareness, and excellence – one that empowers clinicians and strengthens communities.

Outside of his professional work, Gerald is passionate about community engagement through volunteering time and musical talent, mentoring healthcare students, and staying active through refereeing and playing soccer – a lifelong passion that mirrors his teamwork-driven approach to both medicine and business.
